工作職責(zé)：

負(fù)責(zé)用于RRH基站產(chǎn)品（LTE和UNTS）的射頻電路設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)內(nèi)和射頻技術(shù)小組協(xié)調(diào)，對(duì)外和系統(tǒng)組、生產(chǎn)制造部溝通，以確保設(shè)計(jì)的產(chǎn)品符合成本效益和生產(chǎn)的要求。

1、設(shè)計(jì)/開(kāi)發(fā)/調(diào)試平均功率達(dá)到100W的射頻功放板，并評(píng)估合適的射頻器件；

2、定義射頻PCB布局規(guī)則，并審查PCB工程師正在設(shè)計(jì)的射頻PCB；

3、和系統(tǒng)組一起制定硬件技術(shù)指標(biāo)；

4、和算法、軟件、測(cè)試、制造團(tuán)隊(duì)密切合作；

5、如果有必要，負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)已開(kāi)發(fā)的產(chǎn)品，如第二供應(yīng)商認(rèn)證、解決生產(chǎn)制造和客戶有光的問(wèn)題；

6、板級(jí)電路的調(diào)試，功能測(cè)試和性能評(píng)估，并不斷優(yōu)化；

任職要求：

1、電子、通信相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士以上學(xué)歷。至少4年基站射頻功率放大器（>10W）或微波無(wú)線設(shè)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

2、有數(shù)字預(yù)失真和Doherty等高線性高效率功率放大器設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

3、熟悉功率放大器的生產(chǎn)制造工藝，特別是功率放大器的大批量生產(chǎn)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

4、熟悉掌握無(wú)線通信射頻子系統(tǒng)；

5、熟練使用射頻儀器，有LabView自動(dòng)化測(cè)試工具經(jīng)驗(yàn)者更佳；

6、有非線性系統(tǒng)建模技能，熟練使用射頻EDA軟件，如ADS、Microwave office等。有腔體三維仿真和無(wú)源射頻電路設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

7、良好的RF布局設(shè)計(jì)技能，熟悉layout工具，最好是Allegro；

8、有數(shù)字電子產(chǎn)品EMC/EMI設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

9、語(yǔ)言能力：英語(yǔ)，良好的書(shū)面和口頭表達(dá)能力；

Job Description：

To be responsible for the design of RF hardware in Remote Radio Head base station products which implement the LTE and UMTS air interface standards. To liaise with internal technology groups and external groups including Systems Engineering, Manufacturing and Product Engineering , to ensure a cost effective design to be produced.

1、Design/develop/debug radio transmission board and up to100W average power amplifier, including evaluation appropriate components;

2、Define PCB layout rules and review work of PCB designers on an ongoing basis;

3、Develop hardware specifications together with system team;

4、Cooperate closely with algorithm, software design, test and manufacturing team;

5、Responsible for sustaining developed product if necessary, such as second source qualification, solving manufacturing and customer issue;

6、Board level circuit debug, functional test and performance assessment with relevant optimization.

Requirements:

1、MS or above in EE, telecommunication or related areas, 4+ years of direct working experience in RF power amplifier(>10W) design for base stations or microwave radios;

2、Direct experience in linearization scheme and high efficiency approach such as digital pre-distortion and Doherty is required;

3、Familiar with the craft process of power amplifier manufacture, good experience in power amplifier mass production is required;

4、Being familiar with the RF subsystem in wireless telecommunication is desired;

5、Skilled experience in using any popular RF instruments, the experience of using automation test SW tools such as labview is a big benefit;

6、Highly knowledgeable on modeling techniques for non-linear systems, skilled experience in using RF design EDA software such as ADS, Microwave office etc. Experience of EM simulation on cavity and passive circuits is a plus;

7、Good RF layout design skills, familiar with popular layout tools, the mentor Expedition is preferred;

8、Knowledge of EMC/EMI design and good understanding of digital electronics are preferred;

9、Language ability: English, good, both written and oral.
